As a responsible company, Protan respects human rights throughout our operations and supply chain. We strive to conduct our business in a manner consistent with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the ten principles of the UN Global Compact.
Protan's work on human rights and the transparency act is embedded in the board of directors and senior management through their ownership of governance documents that require respect for and compliance with human rights. This includes Protan's code of conduct for all employees and ethical guidelines for suppliers.
Protan has established a process to assess the risk of human rights violations and working conditions. We adhere to the OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct in this regard.

Our suppliers and business partners are crucial for our operations but can also pose risks regarding human rights violations. We expect suppliers and business partners to share our commitment to ethics and compliance and to adhere to applicable laws and regulations and respect human rights. It is also expected that our supplier and business partners comply with Protan’s ethical requirements.
